We are partnering with a leading insurance company. They are looking for a Human Resources Analytics Manager to join their dynamic team to establish and drive all their HR strategic initiatives.
Your new role
- Be the people analytics champion, responsible for development of future strategy data analysis, providing people insights through HR data, related to employee life-cycle talent (attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation)
- Define HR analytics to identify productivity improvement opportunities and drive HR governance and ensure the programs/changes/transitions are delivered effectively
- Be a strategic advisor to identify gaps, business needs from HR data perspectives
- Lead a variety of HR data programs. Create and design implementation of common methodologies and tools for data audit, process compliance and project management
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 10 years in planning and running HR Data Analytics programs / projects preferably gained in financial industry
- Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
- Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
- Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
