My client is an innovative online life insurer. They provided a flexible and easier way and break with traditional mind set on insurance. They are looking for the organised, ambitious and positive person to join their team.

Your new role
As a Manager, you will have to develop customer journey with the data analysis. You are responsible to increase the sales of the existing customer by creating different campaign. You may also need to cooperate with different internal stakeholders to monitor the effectiveness on the marketing platforms. You are going to provide the solutions to the senior management.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in insurance or other financial services industry would be preferred
  • 5 years+ experience in CRM Analytics, CRM, customer loyalty and retention
  • Self-motivated, solutions mindset and excellent people skills
