Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturing and l uxury r etail group. They are rapidly expanding their business and now looking for a legal officer to join their team.

Your new role

• To protect and enforce the IP rights.
• Assist with the IP enforcement process and involved in the corresponding legal actions
• Provide advice on trademark protection
• Closely coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in handling legal matters to comply with corporate requirements
• Conduct legal research and perform any ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Master / Degree holder in Legal or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IP protection
• Sound knowledge in Hong Kong IP and data protection laws
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
