Your new company
Our client is one of the leading Italian fashion and luxury goods groups in the world. They are rapidly expanding their business and now looking for a legal executive to join their team.
Your new role
- Review and draft commercial contracts across Hong Kong, Macau and Malaysia regions
- Provide support to the Legal Director for collecting necessary information from different internal and external parties
- Provide support to ensure accuracy and administer agreements in accordance to Headquarters’ requirements
- Conduct company secretarial documents and records, including but not limited renewal of necessary business licenses and permits, various documents submissions as required by different governmental authorities
- To support implementation programs of company/legal/compliance policies and guidelines to all levels and subsidiaries of the company
- Degree holder in Legal or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract review and drafting
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
