Your new company
Our client is one of the listed company in a leading position in the Hong Kong market. They are currently hiring a Paralegal role who specializes in general commercial legal matters in different regions across the world.
Your new role
- Reported to the Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel
- Review and draft commercial contracts and other legal documents
- Closely communicate with internal departments and external law firms in handling daily legal matters to comply with corporate requirements
- Conduct legal research
What you'll need
- Degree holder in Legal or related disciplines
- With 3 years experiences in contract review and drafting
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
