Our client is a listed telecom company and is currently seeking a self-motivated lawyer to join their business.

Your New Role

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating general commercial agreements and legal documents
• Handling legal matters related data privacy, marketing, sales, litigation, and regulatory compliance
• Revising and keep updating relevant internal policies and procedures
• Supporting General Counsel on an ad-hoc basis and assist with team projects and initiatives
• Overseeing legal research and analysis on the laws of Hong Kong and other jurisdictions
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Legal Counsel

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum of 2 years PQE qualified lawyer
• Experience working in in-house or telecom industry is preferred
• Extensive experience in commercial agreements drafting and vetting will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Able to work effectively as a team with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
