Your New Role

• Provide legal assistance for the company's business, including but not limited to drafting margin loan agreements and related legal documents, coordinating with external lawyers to handle prosecutions against borrowers and/or guarantors, etc.
• Review contracts and documents submitted to the Regulation Department, provide legal opinions and suggestions, and ensure the legality of related work
• Assist in monitoring the legal risks of relevant departments and business teams, and assist in formulating relevant policies, measures and risk prevention work
• Assist in completing relevant projects in compliance with internal rules and regulations and other relevant requirements
• Assist in the review of company legal documents and corporate governance documents
• Assist in selecting external legal service agencies
• Assist in the establishment of legal archives, workflow, transactions, and file management to ensure the integrity of legal files and the smooth handover of files

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Law degree or corresponding qualification is required
• Minimum of 5 years PQE or relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• People management experience will be an advantage
• Familiar with relevant regulatory requirements
