Superb legal role for junior in-house legal candidates!
Your new company
Our client is an E-Commerce powerhouse that truly has a global audience. Due to expansion, they are currently seeking a 4th lawyer to join their rapidly developing business.
Your new role
- Developing and providing strategic advice to relevant business units and support functions such as finance and marketing
- Developing best practices on procurement frameworks, vendor conduct and management, KYC and due diligence, adherence to usual industry practices
- Supporting on marketing related activities including conducting legal research, examining jurisdictional limitations and cross-border advertising requirements
- Keeping abreast on the legal changing regulations and working with other legal counsels to continuously monitor and develop risk management
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years PQE qualified in commonwealth jurisdiction
- In house experience is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills and judgement with business acumen
- Excellent command in English and Chinese
