Your new company

Our client is a leading Fintech platform which is listed in US and its headquarter is in Shanghai. As the pioneer in the online consumer finance industry, they are now expanding their business to Hong Kong and are seeking an experienced legal expert to join their team.

Your new role

• Conduct research on laws and regulations of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia business of the group and prepare research reports
• Support legal & compliance affairs, and maintain legal existence for overseas companies
• Prepare meetings, minutes, and keep record of the board of directors and shareholders meetings
• Assist in cross-border investment programs and support ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor degree in law or above
• Minimum 2 years of legal working experience
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
