Your new role

• Develop key relationships within the organization to assess ongoing training needs
• Analyze, design, develop, implement and measure existing training programs and establish new training curriculum necessary to achieving company goals. Also develop and co-ordinate leadership, soft skills development or compliance related learning initiatives to meet the unique needs of specific business units
• Create and manage training budgets, establish KPIs to access the training effectiveness
• Plan, develop and lead employee engagement initiatives to promote employee engagement and raise retention.
