Your new role

  • Developing and executing account strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Negotiating and managing contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions with key customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing regular updates on account activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to management
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account performance

What you need to succeed

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in key account management in the beauty/ FMCG industry
  • Process good understanding and knowledge of the beauty/ FMCG business in Asia markets and min. 3 years’ experience for handling Key Account in Watsons/Mannings/Guardian
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering against targets and driving growth
