Your new role
- Responding to client support queries and providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Support End-User accounts and day to day administration support.
- Log information into the ticketing system
- Provide insights into technical requirements and problem isolation
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-year experience of relevant experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred
- Experience in IT Helpdesk/Support would be preferred
- Immediately available would be an advantage
