Your new role

• Report to APAC head office and deliver project to local region
• Direct daily operations of IT Division, analysing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines
• Provide first-line support to staff to resolve computer software and hardware and other infrastructure related problems such as network, voice telephony and security
• Maintain IT Ticketing and inventory asset

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and C hinese (including Mandarin)
• A team player with problem-solving skills
