Your new company

Our client is a leading capital market and investment groups with its global network across Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States. They are now seeking an ISDA master agreement negotiator to join their strong legal team.

Your new role

• Negotiate and prepare agreements including but not limited to ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, GMRA and GMSLA.
• Conduct contract reviewing and drafting including but not limited to NDAs, brokerage agreements and account opening documents.
• Support the maintenance and development of legal templates, polices and procedures.
• Involve in the preparation and negotiation with counterparties of IM CSAs and related documents.
• Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders in the negotiation process.
• Perform ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Holder of law degree, preferably with legal qualification
• Experience with negotiation of master agreements
• Strong communication and language skills in spoken and written English, ideally readable in Chinese
