Your new role

Reporting to the department head, you will be responsible for overseeing direct sales, customer satisfaction and the firms sales strategy. As a seasoned business development professional you will lead, develop and train your team and provide direction to various customers within the market.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate for this position will have at least 8+ years of Life Insurance experience within Business Development and Insurance Sales. You will possess a solid understanding of the insurance operations.
