Your new role

• Provide 1st & 2nd Line IT Infrastructure Support and Infrastructure Integration
• Provide IT infrastructure integration – key player of project’s deliverable including networking & security, cloud infrastructure service.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution or overall improvement
• Maintain and update to date project track records, meeting minutes and project’s documentation
• Install and configure hardware and software components (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless network, VPN, QoS)
• Develop and maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures
• Keep track implementation procedure and fulfil Infra Life Cycle (PDCA) requirement as IT standardisation
• Prepare statistical performance and capacity reports regularly for senior management review
• Tackle ah-hoc tasks and determine with priority to deliver assigned tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree preferably in Computing Science or relevant discipline
• At least 4–6 years related projects experience in infrastructure (network & security) and datacenter, senior roles for more experienced candidates
• Good knowledge of project and IT service management – certified with ITIL v4 or PMP in project management is an advantage.
• CCNA or CISSP certificate is preferred
• Solid understanding of network protocols (e.g., IPSECVPN, SSLVPN, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.1x, QoS, TACACS+, RADIUS, etc.)
• Work under tight deadlines, high sense of responsibility and good coordination skills
• Able to manage multiples projects and proven experience of scalable projects (e.g. Windows Server/Network/Firewall Upgrade/Application Upgrade)
• Solid experience in larger scale of IT infrastructure or cross platforms system implementation
• Familiar with LAN/WAN architecture and design, route/switch configuration, and Cloud networking integration
• Have detailed knowledge of TCP/IP, network security, unified threat management, and networking equipment are essential
• Hands-on experience on Wi-fi, 2 Tiers firewall and core switches migration
• IP Sec/MPLS/SD-WAN VPN between HK, China and other locations for future expansion
• Strong team player, able to learn and adopt new technologies quick and good problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, positive, quick learner and result orientated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Willing to travel out of town for project
