Your Company:

Our client is a fast-growing payment services provider, revolutionising the payment experience with cutting-edge technology and solutions. They are looking for a talented Implementation Consultant to join their team and provide support to merchants.

Your Role:

As the Implementation Consultant, you will take over merchants from sales team and monitor the implementation/integration process. You will provide technical support to merchants when necessary. You will work closely with collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- 2-3 years of technical support experience in payment or fintech. Fresh graduates with strong technical understanding are also considered

-Degree in Computer Science or relevant majors

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants

- In-depth knowledge of payment would be an advantage

- Ability to work in a customer focused and target driven environment
