What you'll need to succeed
- Act as a strategic HR partner to various business units, providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the recruitment function for IT talents, including developing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with the HR team to support and implement HR initiatives and programs across the group.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
What you'll get in return

- Min 4 years working experience for Recruitment & Business Partnering specialist
- Good and positive working attitude, organised and attentive to details
- Willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS office software
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
