What you'll need to succeed

• Responsible for HR duties and mainly focus recruitment and selection, manpower deployment, new staff onboard arrangement and staff exit process;
• Good understanding / experience to search & hire corporate units in Hong Kong
• Explore new recruitment channel and manage all talent sourcing channel, such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Referral Agency, Campus Requirement and other active searching channel;
• Prepare HR reports for management review;
• Assist HR manager to develop and implement HR policies in align with company’s direction;
• Maintain strong communication with all business units;
• Participate in any ad hoc issue as assigned;

What you'll get in return

• University Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in end-to-end recruitment process
• Good and positive working attitude, organised and attentive to details
• Willing to learn
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
• APAC coverage is preferred but not necessary
