What you'll need to succeed
- Responsible for HR duties and mainly focus recruitment and selection, manpower deployment, new staff onboard arrangement and staff exit process;
- Good understanding / experience to search & hire corporate units in Hong Kong
- Explore new recruitment channel and manage all talent sourcing channel, such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Referral Agency, Campus Requirement and other active searching channel;
- Prepare HR reports for management review;
- Assist HR manager to develop and implement HR policies in align with company’s direction;
- Maintain strong communication with all business units;
- Participate in any ad hoc issue as assigned;
What you'll get in return
- University Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 2 years working experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Good and positive working attitude, organised and attentive to details
- Willing to learn
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
- APAC coverage is preferred but not necessary
