Human Resources Assistant/ Officer

Our client is looking for a high caliber to join their team for the business expansion.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Perform routine HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, employees’ relation, talent development, business partnering and staff activities
  • Manage employee on-boarding, engagement and off-boarding procedures
  • Review and update all HR data, procedures and policies to comply with legal requirements
  • Support in digitalization, different HRIS programmes will be launched
  • Support department head in formulating and executing HR initiatives/ projects
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments

What you'll get in return

  • University Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 1-2 years working experience for an all-round HR generalist
  • Good and positive working attitude, organised and attentive to details
  • Willing to learn
  • Proficiency in MS office software
  • Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Retail background is preferred but not necessary
