What you'll need to succeed
- Perform routine HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, employees’ relation, talent development, business partnering and staff activities
- Manage employee on-boarding, engagement and off-boarding procedures
- Review and update all HR data, procedures and policies to comply with legal requirements
- Support in digitalization, different HRIS programmes will be launched
- Support department head in formulating and executing HR initiatives/ projects
- Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments
What you'll get in return
- University Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
- 1-2 years working experience for an all-round HR generalist
- Good and positive working attitude, organised and attentive to details
- Willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS office software
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Retail background is preferred but not necessary
