Your new role
- Act as a Business Partner for designated business unit and provide professional HR solutions for talent acquisition and retention, employee relations etc.
- Review and leverage the whole talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing to deliver headcount targets for retail business line.
- Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines.
- Provide recruitment solutions, talent mapping and market insights to hiring manager
- Prepare and compile various market statistics and reports
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management is an added advantage
- Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience, front line recruitment experience will be an absolute advantage.
- Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
- Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
