Your new role
Act as a Business Partner for designated business unit and provide professional HR solutions for talent acquisition and retention, employee relations etc.
Review and leverage the whole talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing to deliver headcount targets for retail business line.
Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines.
Provide recruitment solutions, talent mapping and market insights to hiring manager
Prepare and compile various market statistics and reports
What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management is an added advantage
Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience, front line recruitment experience will be an absolute advantage.
Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
