What you'll need to succeed
- Partner with key HR process owners to create process redesign, and identify automation opportunities that enhance the operational efficiency and employee experience
- Manage the HRIS vendor selection and implementation process through engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
- Be the subject-matter expert of HRIS and key contact person for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective process delivery under the HRIS platforms and associated applications
- Facilitate the continuous improvement of HR processes and automation projects
- Participate in developing a wide range of HR data analytics and reporting, and providing people insights through HR data
- Engage in data collection and analysis, and offer actionable analysis results to business managers
What you'll get in return
- Degree in Human Resources Management / Information Systems / Statistics or Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines
- Solid experience in HR system implementation or maintenance
- Ability to solve complex problems in a thoughtful and systematic manner
- Experience in HR analytics and reporting and knowledge of analytics tools is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Cantonese.
