Your new role
- Take full accountability in HRBP, act as a real business partner and HR advisor
- Focus in account servicing, succession planning and performance management
- Provide professional HR advice on business goals, listed out potential opportunities and risk
- Take parts in employee engagement and employee relations, handle sensitive cases
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 8+ years of experience in HRBP and HR generalist
- Preferred MNC/conglomerate background, retail/luxury retail or consumer goods
- Proactive, strong in stakeholder management, approachable
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese is a must
