Your new role

• Take full accountability in HRBP, act as a real business partner and HR advisor
• Focus in account servicing, succession planning and performance management
• Provide professional HR advice on business goals, listed out potential opportunities and risk
• Take parts in employee engagement and employee relations, handle sensitive cases

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor in Human Resources or related disciplines
• 8+ years of experience in HRBP and HR generalist
• Preferred MNC/conglomerate background, retail/luxury retail or consumer goods
• Proactive, strong in stakeholder management, approachable
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese is a must
