What you'll need to succeed
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition & retention, learning and development, performance management, reward management, company policies and staff benefits, payroll administration, labour relations and disputes.
- Assist in planning and implementing HR strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines
- Support training logistics
- Ensure overall HR functions are smoothly operated, and assist on any ad-hoc HR projects as needed
- Implement and review HR policies and procedures
- Provide professional HR advice to Management.
What you'll get in return
- Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management is an added advantage
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- A good team player with the ability to build and maintain cohesive working relationship with internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, well-organised with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
