Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions
Maintenance of employee master data record and ensure timely update Preparing employee contracts and termination letters
Prepare and circulate various payroll/ headcount reports to the business Management of the employee personnel folders
Assist in ad hoc project/ requests such as system rollout or audit reviews
Exposure to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand employee tax/ordinance requirements
Ensuring the smooth running and accuracy of the monthly invoicing and payroll cycle including coordination with front office and finance teams
Prepare monthly payroll calculation and pay slips for the workforce within the region
Requirements:
Fluency in Cantonese and English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and numerically strong
Good team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills
Good organisational and time management skill
Friendly, hardworking, able to handle tasks independently
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
