- Supervise the team and handle all-rounded C&B functions including job grade alignment, salary benchmarking, performance-based reward mechanism and HRIS maintenance/enhancement
- Manage the HR digital transformation project, including but not limited to, HR process review and HRIS system implementation
- Partner with key HR process owners to create process redesign, and identify automation opportunities that enhance the operational efficiency and employee experience
- Manage the HRIS vendor selection and implementation process through engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
- Be the subject matter expert of HRIS and key contact person for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective process delivery under the HRIS platforms and associated applications
- Support various total rewards programs, including annual compensation review, salary survey, HRIS implementation, job evaluation and staff cost budget
- Prepare various periodical HR analytical reports for management’s review
- Support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
What you'll get in return
- Degree holder with 15+ year's human resources experience dealing with different department leads
- Solid experience in HR system implementation and maintenance
- Ability to solve complex problems in a thoughtful and systematic manner
- Experience in HR analytics and reporting and knowledge of analytics tools is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Cantonese.
