A multinational company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee the HR function in HK office and manage the full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to daily HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, remuneration and benefits management, payroll administration and employee relations. Be a strategic business partner and provide consultative advice to managers, whilst act as the focal contact point for HR enquiries from HK office
Provide support to regional HR tasks and initiatives, including but not limited to Recruitment, C&B, talent management and performance management
Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR policies and initiatives in line with the corporate goals and values
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources management with international companies, at least 5 years in similar capacity.
Experience in both strategic and operational HR topics e.g. organization transition & development, implementation and execution of training and personal development programs for employees.
Sound knowledge on legal regulations with regard to employment law, and other relevant legal framework (taxes, mandatory pension fund etc.)
Proven ability to work through complexity in a fast-growing matrix organization with many stakeholders
