HR Manager (HK Listed)

A Hong Kong listed company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as HR Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle across all levels, from sourcing to on-boarding
  • Develop and implement effective mass recruitment strategies
  • Work closely with operations managers to understand their operation needs and requirements
  • Conduct data analytics and provide labour market insights to review the recruitment practice and sourcing tools
  • Promote the company image to the market as the ambassador of the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 6 years of relevant experience, candidates with hands-on mass recruitment experience would be preferred
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Presentable, independent and able to work in fast-paced working environment
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
