A Hong Kong listed company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for full recruitment cycle across all levels, from sourcing to on-boarding
Develop and implement effective mass recruitment strategies
Work closely with operations managers to understand their operation needs and requirements
Conduct data analytics and provide labour market insights to review the recruitment practice and sourcing tools
Promote the company image to the market as the ambassador of the company
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
6 years of relevant experience, candidates with hands-on mass recruitment experience would be preferred
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
Presentable, independent and able to work in fast-paced working environment
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
Immediately available is highly preferred
