We are partnering with an Asset Management firm, and they are looking for an HR Generalist for maternity cover

Your new role

• Support all rounded HR functions, include but not limited to HR Advisory, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, HR Operations etc.
• Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner to your assigned client group by providing HR advice and support
• Partner with leadership to roll out all key people process (performance management, compensation, development programs, etc.)
• Implement HR policies within areas of responsibility and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution
• Manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives
• Serve as an advocate and coach for building a diverse and inclusive environment

Your new role

• Minimum 6 - 10 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in financial industry
• Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
• Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English
