We are partnering with an Asset Management firm, and they are looking for an HR Generalist for maternity cover
Your new role
- Support all rounded HR functions, include but not limited to HR Advisory, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, HR Operations etc.
- Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner to your assigned client group by providing HR advice and support
- Partner with leadership to roll out all key people process (performance management, compensation, development programs, etc.)
- Implement HR policies within areas of responsibility and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution
- Manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives
- Serve as an advocate and coach for building a diverse and inclusive environment
Your new role
- Minimum 6 - 10 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in financial industry
- Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
- Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English
