Our Client, a reputable insurance firm is seeking a Human Resources Administrator / Coordinator to join their team. If you’re fun, energetic, creative, and a flexible individual who can bring fresh ideas. This could be an excellent opportunity for you to work in a dynamic team. In this position, you be:

  • Managing a range of administration work and logistics
  • Support events and workshops
  • Communicator between departments and liaise with staff at all levels
  • Support document courier/mailing


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration, or related Discipline (Not a must)
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with Learning & Development (L&D), Events Management, or Diversity & Inclusion will be advantageous
  • Candidates with industry experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Banks are highly encouraged to apply
  • English (Essential) and Chinese (Verbal and Written)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changes
  • Take initiative, work independently and in a team
