Your new role

Join this business as the SHEQ Assistant Manager, responsible for ensuring a high level of protection for people and the environment, monitoring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and continuously improving the SHEQ policy, culture, and performance.

In this role, you will support the management's responsibility to always ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders of the project. You will assist in setting the SHEQ policies and processes, continuously improve the working platform's SHEQ procedures and performances, and actively encourage safety behaviour and culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Hygiene, Engineering or related disciplines
• RSO is a must
• 2+ years of work experience in SHEQ area, preferably in Oil & Gas industry but not a must
• Excellent team player with a strong sensitivity of safety
• Experience in working in hazardous environment
• Experience in audit reporting, deliver training
• Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory regarding safety practices
• Good command of English
