What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on end-user services and AI implementation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, expertise in AI technologies, and a proven track record of driving technology innovation.
• Relevant certifications in IT management and AI technologies are a plus.
