Your new company

A well-known company is looking to hire a Head of Trustee Engagement to join their team in driving their latest Transformation programme. By working with C-suites and Executives, this person will be able to gain extensive exposure and knowledge within the industry.

Your new role

As a Head of Trustee Engagement, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver and plan trustee engagement deliverables and timeline
• Working closely with various stakeholders (business and IT) in aligning business expectations
• Identify areas of improvement and maximise communications between regulatory bodies and businesses
• Familiar with both technical and business perspective, becoming the bridge between the two

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• 15 years of experience within Programme Management, ideally with at least 6-8 years in Pensions
• Familiar with Pension Fund products
