A leading Insurance firm is looking to scale up their Transformation capabilities.

Your new company
A leading Insurance firm is looking to scale up their Transformation capabilities across the business, looking for a Head of Transformation to join their team in their latest Regional initiative.

Your new role
As a Head of PMO, you will be responsible for:
  • Building, deploying and enhancing current processes and enable the delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Shaping multi-year strategic plan and provide enterprise level insights to senior leaders
  • Responsible for delivery of transformation initiatives from initiation, business case creation, approval, execution, till closure.
  • Recognising and mitigating Risks, resolving Issues, identifying dependencies and pro-actively managing any corrective actions or Change Requests throughout the lifetime of the programme

What you'll need to succeed
  • 8+ years progressive experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years managing Business projects
  • Ability to analyse, communicate, articulate governance and compliance trends and program requirements
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel across the organization
