Your new company Our clients was founded in Hong Kong for over 35 years and is representing a range of premium lifestyle brand. The company has offices across South East Asia and is still ambitiously expanding. They are looking for a Head of Sales & Operation for the Hong Kong showroom.
Your new role
As a leadership role manage a retail store with whole retail sales and operation team
Formulate the business planning and execute the brand strategies and programs to maximize revenue, business growth and brand equity;
Maintain strong relationship with valuable customers, architects and designers and other stakeholders;
High sensitivity to client’s expectation and loyalty. Lead the retail sales teams to provide with guarantees excellent customer service, ensure customer unique sales experiences in whole sales process.
Drive revenue by developing new direct customers and alternative sales channels;
Proactively explore, identify and develop a clear understanding of the business / sales opportunities and client requirements, identify new up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and be able to articulate internally and externally;
What you'll need to succeed
University degree holding in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related disciplines, MBA would be highly preferred;
Minimum of 15 years’ sales experience major in high-end Kitchen and furniture design with at least 5 years’ experience in team leader position;
Strong in Retail business with solid P&L responsibility, business sense and customer oriented;
Possess strong sense of ownership and passionate in our brands;
