Your new company
A leading Insurance firm is looking to scale up their Transformation capabilities across the business, looking for a Head of PMO to join their team in their latest Regional initiative.

Your new role
As a Head of PMO, you will be responsible for:
  • Building, deploying and enhancing current processes and enable the delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Shaping multi-year strategic plan and provide enterprise level insights to senior leaders
  • Set up PMO office, incorporating enterprise level governance processes
  • Be a key Change Leader, establish agile environment and coaching work culture

What you'll need to succeed
  • 10+ years of experience within Financial Services, ideally Insurance
  • Proven track record in strategic thinking, planning and project governance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
