Your new role
- Act as the department head and oversee the operations on remittance, payment, cheque issuance and processing etc.
- Manage the department in the processing and control of the deposits/remittance related operations which include, but not limited to, account related services, pooling services, cash deposit/withdrawal, inward/outward cheque clearing, time deposits, inward/outward remittance, corresponding banking, and etc.
- Provide inputs and participate in the Section's improvement/development targets which should be in line with the Bank's objectives and direction.
- Review and optimize work procedures and system design to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with policies and regulations and in response to business needs.
- Liaise with internal and external parties in enhancing the performance of the department.
What you'll need to succeed
- 12+ years of working experiences with 5+ years in managerial role.
- Sound knowledge of cheque clearing, remittance operations, payment operations, regulatory requirements and security controls.
- Bachelor degree holder in the related filed.
