Our client is a top tier bank in Hong Kong and is currently looking for a Head of NBFI to manage its team and clients within Hong Kong

Your new role

• Reporting into Head of FIG, you will develop and devise a strategy to expand the NBFI business in Hong Kong
• Overlook a team of NBFI relationship managers and be tasked with developing a sales plan and developing the team members
• Analyse the current market situation, and develop tailored banking solutions to new and existing clients
• Review internal process and procedures and ensure they are compliant with business standards
• Collaborate with other departments and internal stakeholders to ensure the business is delivering superior business solutions

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience FI and NBFI experience in Hong Kong and / China
• Strong leadership experience and previously in managing teams is a must
• Strong NBFI experience and client connections in asset management firms, insurance companies, securities houses, sovereign wealth funds etc
• Due to client language requirements, fluency in English and Chinese is a must
