Your new company
We are partnering with an medium-sized asset management firm. They are looking for a is looking for a Head of HR to oversee the HR and Administration team.

Your new role
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Oversee all rounded HR functions, include but not limited to HR Advisory, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, HR Operations etc.
  • Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner to your assigned client group by providing HR advice and support
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management
  • Oversee the administration of the company's facilities, including office space, equipment, and supplies
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services provided to the company
  • Ensure that all HR and administrative processes are efficient, effective, and meet the needs of the company

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 10 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in financial industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English
