As a Department Head, you will be reporting to the CFO, leading and guiding the financial operations and control of the company. Your new role
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead the Finance team to success across all finance functions including financial control and operations, regulatory review and finance projects
- Oversee the responsibilities of financial reporting, group reporting, framework control, financial analysis, and project management
- Maintain company policies and handle the implementation of new policies
- Handle analytical review of business results and operations
- Be in charge of Finance business partnering to Management
- Partner with various departments to ensure smooth project management
What you'll need to succeed
- CPA Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ Years of Big 4 Audit and Commercial experience within the Insurance industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge on IFRS 17
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
