As a Department Head, you will be reporting to the CFO, leading and guiding the financial operations and control of the company. Your new role

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead the Finance team to success across all finance functions including financial control and operations, regulatory review and finance projects
• Oversee the responsibilities of financial reporting, group reporting, framework control, financial analysis, and project management
• Maintain company policies and handle the implementation of new policies
• Handle analytical review of business results and operations
• Be in charge of Finance business partnering to Management
• Partner with various departments to ensure smooth project management

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ Years of Big 4 Audit and Commercial experience within the Insurance industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge on IFRS 17
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
