Your new company

Your new company is a Financial Services Company who has one of the biggest Data Science and Advanced Analytics teams in Hong Kong. These teams will work on a regional level and will focus on specific consumer product lines.

Your new role

• Own the specific business unit analytics vision and provide leadership to the data and analytics team on the implementation.
• Provide comprehensive innovative and analytical solutions capitalising advanced data and analytics capabilities and communication toolkits.
• Establish and maintain the data management functions, including formulating new approaches towards AI/ML governance.
• Demonstrates creativity in designing personal and relevant communications through targeting/offers and industrialized processes.
• Embed test and learn culture and conduct holistic leads performance review to optimize the communication outcome.
• Engages business stakeholder effectively, builds rapport and trust based on strong appreciation of issues and needs. Communicates effectively across business and analytics functions.

What you'll need to succeed

• With 15+ years’ business experience in financial services industry, preferably in banking, with several years of experience in consultancy
• Strong banking domain and analytics skills
• Rich experience in data analytics techniques like predictive, prescriptive, ML and AI
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate in a complex environment and achieve outcome
