Responsibilities and Duties:
Accounting Operations:
- Managing accounting records.
- Overseeing accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), general ledger (GL), cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Risk Management: - Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
Internal Controls:- Maintaining and strengthening internal controls.
- Ensuring quality control over financial transactions.
Tax Compliance: - Managing local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Requirements and Skills:
- CPA Qualified
- At least 10 years of financial accounting experience
- Solid MNC experience
- SAP user
