Team Head - Real Estate Finance

A leading financial institution in Hong Kong is currently seeking an experienced and innovative team head of real estate finance to join the structured finance department.

Your new role

• To develop strategic plans to grow the real estate business in line with the bank’s growth objectives
• To oversee the team of professionals, guiding and supporting team members to achieve the target
• To maintain the relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders in the industry
• Oversee the underwriting, approval, management of real estate loans to fulfil the risk management polices
• Monitor the market and competitors’ activities, and to provide regular updates to senior management

What you'll need to succeed

• University graduate with a degree in business, finance or a related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Real Estate Financing
• Track record of success in origination, structuring, closing loans
