Our client is one of the leading institution provide diversity general insurance products. They have strong support from the industry. For their business progression, they are currently looking for a Head of Business Development (General Insurance) to join their team to support the business and strategic development.
Your new role
- Perform in general insurance business strategic development and planning
- Identify and development potential business line
- Oversee business development, marketing and promotion of the business plan
- Leading the business development and maintain relationship with banks, potential business partners and stakeholders
- Conduct budget and sales management control
What you'll need to succeed
- Over 7 years experience in general insurance with marketing, business development, underwriting experience
- Holder of ACII/ ANZIIF or relevant professional qualification in insurance
- Strong business sense with sales planning or market insight
- Excellent in both spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Good managerial skill in team leading with strong interpersonal and communication skills
