- A top tier Commercial Bank is looking for a Head of Bills Operation Service Excellence
Your new role
- Supervising a sizable team of Client Services of Bills Operations.
- Oversight and strengthen customer service for Trade Finance Service for the business.
- Develop diverse perspectives in building customer experience to build good practices as well as some measurable key performance indicators; and other key management areas of customer experience.
- Lead and provide a seamless experience for customers by working closely with the Operations processing teams as well as the International Trade Service business team.
- To integrate front to back business model, providing support and idea to business partners for improving operational excellence and efficiency as well as the service quality and offering.
- Identify continues areas of improvement through Automation and create a pipeline for future change
- Support revenue growth through client retention, reduced turnaround time on service, proactive management of service performance.
- Ensure tasks are executed in line with Service Level Agreements and all prevailing regulations and Group guideline.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
- Knowledge in trade products and process include onshore, offshore and how onshore and offshore are collaborated.
- 10+ years of working experiences in the related field in the Banking industry.
- People management skills, with experience in managing multiple teams with operation staff of different seniority level.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
