Your new role

• Conduct IAQ and acoustic measurements
• Perform carbon and energy audits
• Conduct green building assessments (BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL)
• Provide day-to-day support for modelling, documenting, and fieldwork
• Analyse results of measurements and assessments
• Make recommendations based on findings

What you'll need to succeed

To be eligible for the position, candidates must possess a degree in Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field and have a minimum of three years of practical experience. Knowledge of BEAM Plus, LEED, and WELL is advantageous, as is familiarity with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
