Our client is a well-established company in the consumer electronics industry with a strong reputation for quality products and excellent customer service. They are looking for a General Manager to lead the growing team and cope with the business expansion.

Your new role
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the business. You will lead a team of professionals and oversee all aspects of the business, including sales and marketing, product development, customer service and operations. You will work closely with the executive team and report directly to the VP of Growth.

What you need to succeed

• Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling a start-up from 0 to 1.
• A track record of driving business expansion and achieving sales targets while managing P&L effectively.
• Strong knowledge of the consumer electronics industry and experience working with distributors and managing client networks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve business goals.
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
