Your new company

Our client is an international Private Equity Investment Firm who is looking for a Fundraising Director to join their Hong Kong office and directly reports to the Chairman. Funds will be sought both for Private Equity and for Renewable Energy and Carbon transactions. Attractive compensation package and flexible work arrangements will be offered.

Your new role

• Raise capital for their transactions and possibly support the structuring of transactions.
• Develop and managing fundraising strategies
• Source and build relationships with prospective investors in North America and Europe

What you'll need to succeed

• Successful track record with the proven ability to raise third party funds in Renewable Energy projects
• Experience in marketing, with Private equity / financial / investor relations background
• A well-established network of contacts with Investors based in Europe and North America, particularly with family offices, high net worth individuals and institutions
• Ability to speak in French or German would be a huge advantage
