A Leading US-Based Private Equity Firm with offices worldwide is expanding the team with a Fund Accountant position. Offering world-class exposure into the Buy-Side sector with a competitive working environment, they welcome smart and diligent fund accounting professionals or Big 4 auditors to apply.
Your new role
Your responsibilities include:
- Review capital account and financial statements for fund books
- Monitor capital calls and distributions
- Oversight on fund cashflow, credit, and operations
- Review SPV financial reports under various accounting standards
- Work closely with investors on their enquiries
- Liaise with auditors and lenders
- Assist with ad-hoc reports and projects
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Fund Accounting or Big 4 Fund Audit
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA qualification
- Strong communication skills with a team player mindset
