My client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced FTP Manager to join their Asset and Liability Management team. As a leading bank, they are committed to providing a wide range of financial services to our customers in Hong Kong and around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the FTP team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of FTP rates across the bank, covering all business lines
- Develop and maintain FTP policies and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements and market best practices
- Collaborate with business units to ensure FTP rates reflect business strategies and market conditions
- Analyze and report on FTP results and variances, explaining drivers of changes and recommending appropriate actions
- Develop and maintain FTP models and systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness and efficiency
- Work closely with other teams including Treasury, Risk Management and Finance to ensure effective coordination and communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in FTP or Asset and Liability Management in a banking environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in modeling and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Good knowledge of banking regulations and market practices
